Shabbat services

The Sabbath, in Hebrew Shabbat (from Friday night to Saturday night), is an essential part of Jewish tradition explicitly mentioned in the Ten Commandments.
Through all centuries, the Sabbath held the Jews together and this sacred day represents the bond between God and people.
Shabbat is a day of rest when the Jewish Congregation gathers in the synagogue for a service in which a Hebrew liturgy is followed and the Hebrew Bible or Torah is read.
